Cashman: Get your Hill gear before the markdown

head shotHillary Clinton took the first step in upping her cool factor among young voters with the launch of her online shop — especially by poking fun at her pantsuit collection.

For only $30 you can dress like the Democratic front-runner with a T-shirt resembling her iconic outfit. At the very least, “The Everyday Pantsuit Tee” could be a cheap Halloween costume.

Other items on sale at her online store, which is raising money for her campaign, include a pillow that reads, “A woman’s place is in the White House.”

If you are in need of some new pint glasses, Clinton is selling some for $25 that say “made from 100% shattered glass ceiling.”

Even though your baby can’t vote, that doesn’t mean your tot can’t support the former secretary of state by wearing a onesie with her campaign logo on it.

And if you don’t support Clinton, you might consider buying it so your child can spill at will all over her campaign. Start ’em young!

It’s all available at shop.hillaryclinton.com.

There are a few items missing from the store.

I want to know where’s the option to buy a clintonemail.com account from her private server? Or what about one of those atrocious headbands she was sporting while in Obama’s Cabinet?

Clinton’s kitschy items will certainly appeal to college students and 20-something liberals. But she’s not targeting rivals, missing an easy revenue stream.

Other campaigns, like Republican U.S. Sen. Rand Paul’s, are having fun hawking items for some campaign cash that take aim at Hillary.

For $20 you can get a “Liberty not Hillary” bumper sticker or “Hillary’s hard drive” for $100.

The description of the drive states, “You’ve read about it on the news, now you can get one for yourself. Hillary’s Hard Drive. 100% genuine erased clean email server.”

Last week, Paul spoke on the Senate floor about allowing some elements of the Patriot Act to expire so it is no surprise he is selling shirts with slogans, “Don’t drone me, Bro!” and “The NSA knows I bought this Rand Paul T-shirt.”

Hopefully other campaigns will take notice and not play it so safe.

I would like to place an order for an “At-least-my-family-didn’t-create-ISIS” shirt sooner rather than later.
